Shipping for UK Customers
- Shipping is charged at the advertised rate within the UK.
- Large orders are often sent in more than one pack.
- We normally use Royal Mail Business to deliver all of our orders, using their Click and Drop Bar-Coded mail service to ensure pinpoint accuracy to your address.
- Upgrades to the delivery service are available at checkout.
Returns
- If you change your mind about any order, you are welcome to return it in a saleable condition, and we will refund your purchase price.
- Please return within 30 days.
- Please include your order number with any returns.
- Please note that our made to order flags are non-returnable.
Overseas Tax (Including countries in the EU, following Brexit)
- Any orders sent to customers with addresses outside the United Kingdom, will not be charged any tax by 1000Flags Ltd.
- Instead, any applicable import duty, VAT, and brokerage fees may be collected when your package/s are delivered by the carrier.
- 1000 Flags Limited are not responsible for these charges, as we are only charged the transportation cost for the shipments by the courier, usually Royal Mail.
- We strongly advise that you check your country’s rules of import and classification to determine what tax you may be expected to pay when importing goods from the United Kingdom.
- We cannot refund any international shipments which are refused, and they will be treated as abandoned if the customer has refused to accept them.
- Any refused or abandoned deliveries which are returned to us will have the carriage and any incurred import tax/duty on the return charged to the customer.
- We suggest it may be easier for customers in European Union
- Countries to purchase from our Ebay shop (1000flagsuk) where local tax and VAT is charged at the point of purchase.
